Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error with your order, contact us at support@drinksleeptein.com within 15 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Approved refund requests will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
