Refund policy

Returns
Because Sleeptein is a consumable product, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped.

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@drinksleeptein.com within 15 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no need to send anything back.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unopened and unused. Contact us at support@drinksleeptein.com to arrange this.
